- 1 frozen banana (Cut up into bite-sized chunks)
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup frozen spinach leaves
- 1 drop of peppermint extract (Be careful- a little goes a long way!)
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- Nonfat whipped cream and cherry (toppings- optional)
