Other than taking in the magnificent scenery and history of each country we visited, what I found most interesting were the uniquely different cultures in each of the places we visited. Being a true foodie, I specifically enjoyed closely documenting the different the types of foods offered and the portion sizes given between these countries and the one I am most used to, the United States.
After returning home, I decided to firstly share some of my favorite memories of our trip and to give some recommendations about visiting the sites in case you ever want to visit them yourself! More importantly, however, I want to provide tips on eating healthily and keeping up with a fitness routine while on vacation. (Yes, it can actually happen!) Lastly, for my gluten-free followers, I will also share some helpful tips that I acquired on dining out in a foreign country with a gluten allergy. Hope you enjoy! :)
