There are 2 rules:
1. Relax while your show is on.
2. When it cuts to a commercial break, get off the couch and start moving!
It can be as simple as walking around your room or taking a few trips up and down the stairs. Challenge yourself to do a different exercise each commercial break.
Here is my commercial challenge tonight:
- Biceps curls
- Tricep dips
- Weighted shoulder shrugs
- Plank with weighed mid row
- Glute kickbacks
- Ab side crunches
You don't always have to make a new routine. Getting fit is about finding ways to incorporate physical activity into your current routine so that it sticks. :)
